Features

toktok features are designed to give you access to things you need in a phone call simply by saying “toktok” and make using them as simple and efficient as possible. A few of the things you can do are:

Voice dialing by name from your Google contacts or by number.
Make conference calls simply by saying "toktok! Call John".
Voicenotes let you capture an idea, reminder or phone number.
Let friends send you a Voice Poke through Facebook.

toktok number

When you sign up for toktok you will receive a new phone number that lets you connect any or all of your existing phones with your toktok service. We call it an umbrella number because it can serve as a single number that you provide for people to get a hold of you. So if your mobile number changes because you change companies you simply add your new number to toktok and you will never miss a call.

toktok and Google

Yet another contact list or calendar? Not with toktok. Instead of creating new contact lists or calendars, toktok works with your Google account so you can have access to your Google contacts and calendar in a phone call. It also uses your GMail account to store your voicemail and voicenotes. If you don’t have a Google account you can quickly sign up for one and then start using toktok.

toktok and Facebook

toktok has created a Facebook application that will let your friends send you a “toktok tap” when you are on the phone. Your friends just sign up for the Facebook application and they will be able to see when you are on the phone and type a short message (140 characters) that will be whispered into your ear. Is it easy to setup?

It is. Click sign up and the sign up wizard will walk you through the process of choosing your toktok phone number and connecting toktok to your Google account, while providing some more information about how toktok works along the way and giving a simple way to notify people of your new toktok number.
