I entered in my email address incorrectly when registering, what should I do?
A:Log on to mytoktok.com. Go to 'My Settings' page. Click on General Account settings. Enter new email in the primary email address field. If you're still not having any luck, please fill out a support form and we will get it fixed!
I entered the wrong phone number when registering, what should I do?
A:Please open a help request.
When I call toktok to validate my phone it does not ask me for my validation code. Why not?
A:toktok will call your phone to validate. You should not have to call in.
How do I validate my email if I registered through toktok for iPhone?
A:You can validate by using any email and web software including iPhone.
When I click the registration link, I am not taken to the verification page, what is wrong?
A:If you have not already completed your registration, then your email client might be modifying the html in our email and making the link invalid. Return to your verification email. Cut and paste the entire URL from your email into your browser.
I live outside of the US and Canada, can I use toktok?
A:Currently toktok is only available in the US and Canada. We are planning on deploying the service in additional countries in the future. Please add yourself to our list and we will update you with new deployments.
How does the toktok free trial work? Am I eligible?
A:Everybody is eligible to try toktok for free for one month. After that, we’ll charge a small subscription fee.
