• What is toktok?
• toktok™ is the first network-based platform to provide mobile users with one-word access to the web and social networks in the midst of a phone call. toktok is a hosted service targeted primarily at consumers. The service creates a simple voice interface to web applications such as social networking, collaboration and Unified Communications solutions.

• How do I unlink Google Account?
• Log on to toktok.com. Go to 'My Settings' page. Click on 'My linked Accounts'. Click on 'Unlink' Google Account button.
• How do I set up my Gmail account?
• After you sign up, the system will display the Google sign up page in a separate window if you select 'I do not have a Google account'.
• 'toktok' is not being recognized...
• Please allow a short pause before saying 'toktok'. If this does not resolve the issue please submit a help request.

• How much does it cost?

• Basically, it means that toktok is a work-in-progress. We're still working to add features, and there might be a bug or two here and there.

• toktok was created by a small Mountain View based company, Ditech Network. Ditech Networks
• Do you have an API?
• We are currently working on an open API that will allow developers access to toktok subscribers.
• How do I set email, instant messenger, and SMS reminders?
• Simply add it to any calendar event, either through the phone or on your Google Calendar.

• Why am I not receiving email reminders?
• Check to make sure you have your time zone set correctly. If that is correct, please submit a help request.
• How do I set when reminders are sent to me?
• You can pick either as text messages or emails. To change it log on to mytoktok.com. Go to 'My Settings' page. Click on 'Calendar Settings' tab. Change reminder method to desired type.

• Can I add an additional phone number to my existing toktok account?
• Log on at mytoktok.com and go to the 'My Settings page'. Click on 'Call Settings' tab. Click on 'Add Phone' button. Enter your new phone number & click on 'Save Settings'. Then click on 'Delete' next to your old phone number.
• How do I register for the forums?
• Log on at mytoktok.com and go to the 'My Settings' page. Click on 'User Forum' tab. Click on 'Sign Up', enter all the required information and hit submit. You will receive an email to your inbox to confirm your email.
• How do I change my display name on the forums?
• Log on at mytoktok.com and go to the 'My Settings' page. Click on 'General Account' tab. Change the 'Account Name' and click 'Save' setting.
• I entered incorrect password when registering, what should I do?
